 Gypsum Board Production Line

Our company introduced Japanese advanced technology and experience, learned from domestic advanced technology of full-automatic production line with the annual output of 20 million SQM, such as the technology of automatic ingredients, plate forming, dynamic foam, heat-conducting oil drying and so on. We had designed and completed the gypsum board production line with the annual output of 2,000,000 to 20,000,000 square meters. This line rejects a number of equipments that some small-scale line does not require. So it reaches the equipment requirements of compact and fine. Since so many advanced product line's core technologies were applied that both the appearance quality and strength index of production of gypsum board met the requirements of national standard quality products. In addition, because of fewer supporting equipments of this production line, the overall investment is also significantly lower than traditional production lines. Therefore, this production line is the prior choice of large construction companies using for themselves and private enterprises expanding their own markets.

Technology profile

1. Stock prepartion

After quantitative measurement, put the modified starch,  paper pulp, water into the hydraulic pulper mixing, then pumped into the slurry tank for reservation.

Pour the Foaming agent and water in a certain proportion into the foaming agent making tank, then pump the mixture into the foaming agent tank for reservation;

2. Ingredients

Pump the reserving slurry in the slurry tank into the mixer by the screw pump measures; Foaming agents after foaming by the dynamic foam system also into the mixer, and after gypsum powder and coagulant agent measured by the automatic belt measurement also be put into the mixer, and then all the materials mix the qualified slurry at the mixer.

Forming: To ensure the appearance of plasterboard, we adopt the advanced molding equipment, that is, plate molding machine, notch machine, Automatic machine for correcting, all the plate molding machine are stainless steel structure.

Forming conveyor:

The use of solidification belt and roller conveyor synchronization system, made assure a good flatness during conveying.

Dry:

Use the vertical wind dry roller kiln dryer, heat source are stability coal-fired conducting oil furnace (based on users  requirements can be to switch to oil or gas).

Cut:

Cutter selection to ensure complying with all the requirements and the appearance of quality.

Auto packaging side, stacking:

The speed of the production line was not very high, in order to reduce the number of labor force, testing the quality of products, covering and stacking can share the same labor.
