1. The main process
A more comprehensive vertical mold lift-up method of producing gypsum block production lines,
At first the calcining natural gypsum or chemical gypsum powder are pumped to the clinker storage by the pneumatic pump pumping or bucket elevator, such as silo with cleaning facilities, auto-level device and the sender's arch-breaking devices and so on, and then feed into the transmission equipment. After the measurement of the electron scales they will go through pneumatic discharge valve into the mixer. The producing water also come into the mixer through the pneumatic discharge valve after measuring. If necessary, add some coagulant in the mixer.

If the gypsum block after drying is qualified, you can transport, packaging products for storage or outbound logistics.
