                                      Gypsum Powder Manufacture Equipments

1. Introduction of Gypsum Powder Production Line:

The production line of 2,000,000 tons is designed with two lines with annual output of 100,000 tons of gypsum powder. It is highly automatic, mature technology, stable running and high efficient. And fewer workers are required. The line is environmental protecting.

1.1 Working time:

Crushing equipment: 300days*8 hours

Grinding equipment: 300days*24hours

Furnace in fluid bed: 300days*24hours

Feed delivering equipment: 300days*24hours

1.2 Equipment hour: 30tons/h

2. Process briefly:

Large-sized gypsum ore will be crushed into small particles which are smaller than 25mm, the particles are carried into the grinding mill after and weighed in the belt weigh meter. Passing through the powder concentrator, the qualified gypsum powder goes into furnace in fluid bed and then calcined. The well-calcined gypsum powder is sent into the material house. And now it is ready-used for the gypsum board producing-line.

Electrical control system currently used advanced DCS (Distributed Control System), PLC selected well-known brands, which will make the scattered in different parts under centralized control.

According to the technology requirements,the gypsum powder line is divided into four parts: the crushing equipment,the grinding equipment, furnace in fluid bed and feed delivering equipment.
