Technology profile:

Crusher will be large-size gypsum ore of less than 30mm broken into small particles, after the storage and input into the mill for grinding, the separator will be required to meet product after grinding fineness of the gypsum powder into the boiling furnace for calcination, the rest of the re-grinding mill back until qualified. Qualified after calcined gypsum powder will be depositted into the clinker storage products or the workshop. According to the technical requirement ,the gypsum powder production line is divided into four parts: which are broken parts, grinding parts, boiling furnace as well as the transport part of the storage.
